Location: the hotel was close enough to Nara Park and all the important tourist attractions. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, multi-channel television, and a refrigerator.

The hotel is reasonably clean and the rooms are big size and relaxing. It has great and stunning location for visiting buddhist temples.

The location was exceptionally nice, right by the pond, convenient to go everywhere. Moreover, it was close to Nara Park and all the important tourist attractions as well as temples, tradtitional downtown and deer forest. The breakfast was served in the bar and the food was OUTSTANDING.

Upon arrival, we were greeted with utmost hospitality and warmth from the friendly and attentive staff. The restaurant served a delectable and diverse breakfast with options ranging from traditional Japanese cuisine to international dishes. The private facilities added to the exclusivity of the venue, allowing for a truly relaxing and private experience.

The restaurant seemed to be a bit overpriced for dinner and lacked variety in its menu options. However, this minor issue barely affected the overall exceptional experience at the hotel.

The location is unbeatable as it is within walking distance of major attractions and public transportation. The guest rooms are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. Guests can enjoy a great breakfast with a wide variety of options to choose from. this hotel has convenient facilities that are perfect for a comfortable stay, such as a rooftop terrace with splendid views of a nearby pagoda.

The bathroom could use some refurbishing.

Breakfast included delicious Japanese-style options with a great variety of buffet choices that could satisfy any visitor. the hotel's location was superb, providing tourists with easy access to nearby attractions and city center.

The communication with the staff was difficult, causing a bit of a language barrier. This made it hard to ask about certain things and communicate effectively.

Celebrating Christmas at this hotel was incredible! The first thing we loved was the beautiful view of a small lake and lovely parkland area. The gong sound was soothing and added to the serene atmosphere. , the staff was extremely kind and attentive, always wanting to ensure we were having a great experience.

The food was not our favorite. While we had expected traditional Japanese cuisine, the flavors didn't resonate with our palate, and the breakfast presentation wasn't what we were used.

Our recent stay at a hotel in Nara was fantastic. Despite some communication challenges, the staff tried their best to assist us. The location was incredibly convenient, just steps away from all the main attractions. The room, although not spacious, had an interesting and comfortable decor. The breakfast, served in a lunch box with a small side buffet, was unique and delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
