What stands out – both good and bad
A peaceful retreat with lovely, unique experiences like the wood chip foot bath and delicious breakfast, including unforgettable onigiri rice balls. The attentive staff went above and beyond to enhance our stay.
Unfortunately, room odor issues detracted from the experience, and the reception's response was lacking. We felt neglected when we faced challenges with room transitions.

Tranquil atmosphere with a beautifully designed hotel.
During my stay, I experienced significant issues with room transitions. The initial room had a strange odor in the evening, and the setup of the toilet and bathtub was inconvenient. When I had to switch rooms due to loud heater noises, the reception staff was unhelpful. They gave me keys to a new room without assisting with my luggage, and when I entered, it was completely dark. Despite these incidents, there was no follow-up to ensure I was satisfied with my new accommodations.

Breakfast was elegantly served, although the pricing felt slightly steep for the experience offered. Overall, a peaceful retreat just steps away from Nara's attractions.

Had an amazing time with friends! The location was spot on for visiting nearby temples and parks. We loved the unique wood chip foot bath and enjoyed the self-serve drinks in the lounge. Staff were super friendly, and the rooms were comfy and perfect for our needs.
One downside was the limited breakfast options, which could use some improvement in variety.

The staff provided exceptional service, even creating a memorable surprise for a special occasion. The complimentary snack bar featured delightful artisan bread and a great selection of self-serve drinks. While the ambiance was enjoyable, the room needed some updates, and noise from the hallway was occasionally disruptive. A few more choices at breakfast could enhance the experience further.
